It was a disappointing outing for our Hoppers Crossing CC, who fell short against Manor Lakes Senior MCA Grey on Saturday.
The scorecard reads Hoppers Crossing CC 10/177, Manor Lakes Senior MCA Grey 3/318. Nithin Shetty played a stylish hand of 30 off 31 balls. Shadi Sideek weighed in with 27 off 22 balls. Jatin Parbhakar claimed three for 8 for our opponents.
Parbhakar posted a superb hundred for the hosts, finishing on 106. Our opponents' best was a half-century from JITIN BHASIN, who made 85 not out.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again.
Chins up, everyone.
