At Oval 2, our Hoppers Crossing CC were denied by Gladstone Park Senior Men A at home.
With the bat first up, we compiled 10/93 from 26.1 overs. Shadi Sideek made a valuable 46 off 40 balls. Amanjot Singh was the main threat for Gladstone Park Senior Men A, taking four for 10.
The visitors knocked off the runs, finishing on 1/96 in 6.5 overs. Credit to Chirag Mandhan, who made a half-century (50) for our opponents.
The visitors were simply too good on the day. The results haven't gone our way lately, but the team will keep at it.
Well played to our opponents.
